I currently work with anyone over 18 years old. My main specialties are working with young adults and adults with eating disorders, OCD and anxiety. I also specialize in working with moms in the perinatal stage whether that is pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, or postpartum.
-
My sessions are entirely virtual through a HIPAA compliant video platform. You will get a link that leads to sessions for ease of access. I can see clients located in PA, NJ, DE and VT.
-
I am out-of-network with all insurance companies, which means I do not work or communicate with them for session coverage, but I do supply super bills that can be submitted for reimbursement through your insurance company.
I accept all credit cards including HSA and FSA cards for payment.
-
I offer both 45 and 60 minute sessions. A 45 minute session is $200 and a 60 min session is $225. Payment is taken at the time of service.
I also have a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Some insurance companies provide out-of-network benefits. This means you may have a certain amount reimbursed if you submit necessary paperwork. You would need to contact your insurance company and speak to them directly about these specific benefits for your plan.
See below for steps to follow in contacting your insurance company:
Step 1: Call your Insurance Customer Service Line (this is normally on the back of your insurance card). Ask to speak to the benefits department.
Step 2: Ask the following questions:
-What are my out-of-network benefits for mental health services?
-Are my benefits different for Telehealth than in-person services?
-Is my coverage dependent on a diagnosis? (Are certain diagnostic codes covered but others are not?)
-Do I have a deductible that needs to be met before services are covered? (Do I have to pay a certain amount out-of-pocket before insurance will start covering services?)
-What is the process for submitting materials for reimbursement? And is there a processing time? (How long before I should expect my reimbursement check?)
Please note that cancelled sessions cannot be reimbursed by your insurance company, even if payment was taken due to cancellation policy.

Therapy is the most effective with consistency and the best outcome for therapy is dependent on the relationship between us which can take some time to build! I usually recommend starting with at least weekly and reevaluating based on your needs over time.
