Because every body deserves to be at peace.

Eating disorder and OCD support for everyone.

Your body will always be the only body you have. You deserve for it to be a place of peace. If you are tired of being stuck in the cycle of dieting, the idea that you need to shrink yourself to be happy, and intrusive thoughts that control you, then you are in the right place! Together, we won’t just address the symptoms, but we will also get to the foundation of where the problems are coming from.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Abby!

Pronouns: she/her/hers (what’s this?)

I am a non-diet, Health At Every Size eating disorder and OCD specialist. I have also been where you are because I am an eating disorder survivor, as well as an OCD, anxiety warrior. Having been a collegiate athlete that struggled with disordered eating, I always passed off those behaviors as normal. It took me a long time to believe that the way I was living didn’t need to be my future. Taking the leap to ask for help is absolutely scary, but it’s the first step to a different future that you deserve!

Fun Facts About Me:

  • I’m obsessed with all Bravo shows

  • My favorite food is pizza

  • I have a golden retriever, named Rosie, who saved me!

You're Brave.

You're Resilient.

You're not alone.

You're Brave. You're Resilient. You're not alone.

What brought you here?

  • Are you struggling to accept your body’s size, shape, or weight?

  • Do you look in the mirror and struggle with the body you see?

  • Were you trying to make “healthier” choices for your body and feel like it spun out of control?

  • Do you feel trapped by intrusive thoughts around what you can eat, how much to exercise, or obsess about what your body looks like?

  • Are you tired of yo-yo dieting and “starting again tomorrow”?

  • Are you struggling to understand your body’s hunger and fullness cues?

  • Do you feel like you have been at war with your body for long enough?

You’re in the right place. Your body will change throughout your entire life. Making peace with it can be the most challenging experience, and the greatest investment, of your life!

Remember, you’re not alone.

When you’re struggling, it’s perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed and not know where to begin. You don’t need to know your end goal to take the first step forward.

Resilience develops from having one person that believes in you. We all deserve that one person, especially when we are struggling to believe in ourselves.

My role is to be that person for you!
